Details

Join us for a Pilates session as part of the Mindful May event, open to all ACU students and staff. Our experienced and qualified Pilates instructor, Jennie Garnham, will lead the session. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving flexibility, balance, and posture. It involves a series of controlled movements that require concentration and mindfulness to perform correctly.

Whether you are new to Pilates or have practised before, this session is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. We have also got exercise mats for you to use for the session.
