Representative Subsidies
The Elite Athlete and Performer Program (EAPP) Representative Subsidy provides funding to help support EAPP members with out-of-pocket costs to compete and perform at eligible national and international events. This program is funded through the Students Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) and there is a fixed budget available.
Applications are now open for 2025 EAPP Representative Subsidies. For events you have already competed in this year you will need to submit your application by the 6th of April, for all future events submit your application within 30 days of competing/performing.
If you won't be able to finish your assignment by the due date, you can request a 72-hour extension. For continuing students, this process has changed in 2025, please follow the steps below to apply for an extension.
Go to the Assignment Extension tool in the Course Navigation menu of your Canvas unit.
Submit your request before the due date.
Your due date will update instantly in Canvas.
No supporting documents or approval from your Lecture-in-Charge is needed for this extension.
72-hour extension requests are not available for a quiz, group assignment, exams or practical assessments.
If you need an extension of longer than 72 hours or for a quiz, exam or practical assessment you will need to complete an application for Special Consideration. Make sure you contact the EAPP with as much notice as possible so we can support you through the process.
EAPP Mentoring and PASS
The EAPP and ACU Transitions team are offering EAPP Mentor sessions for the first time in 2025. Sessions are lead by an experienced EAPP student and run online from weeks 2 - 6. Topics include general support for getting started at Uni and also specific examples of how to access EAPP flexibility and benefits.
Regsiter for your first session via the links below: Tuesday March 11th 2:30-3:30pm AEDT or Thursday March 13th 2 - 3pm AEDT.
PASS (Peer Assisted Study Sessions) are optional sessions for many first year units that we'd highly recommend attending if you can. This year there will be several online options available if you can't make it to an on campus session.
