Last week, the email announcement was sent on Tuesday morning, but it did not reach recipients until Wednesday! (Unfortunately, this has happened previously in ACU Life). As a result of this confusion, I know some of you went looking for the rehearsal on Wednesday -- thank you for trying. Sorry for the inconvenience. This time I'm trying a "schedule send", so hopefully it will go out on time. Fingers crossed.
Rehearsals
In semester 1, rehearsals are being held:
- Weekly on campus on TUESDAYS (1-2pm)
- Weekly on Zoom on TUESDAYS (5-5:45pm). Recordings will be made available.
- Once a month (intensives) on MONDAYS (5-6:30pm) -- first of these is Monday 31 March (location TBA)
Music
Under our site's Resources tab, you can now find some of our repertoire (sheet music and audio/video files). This includes a fantastic video of the piece we're doing with the amazing Manado State University Choir from Indonesia. Here is a sample for you to enjoy:

We had about 20 people attending last week, including three from La Trobe University Choral Society. Our numbers are continuing to grow each week. This is very exciting! I look forward to seeing you on TUESDAY this week (in the Chapel or on Zoom). Also, our first INTENSIVE will take place on Monday 31 March, 5PM (location TBA).
