First Peoples Building Excellence Awards

๐Ÿ’ก Start-Up Award – Provides $500 to support new first-year Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students with study-related purchases.

๐Ÿ‘• Practicum Uniform Award – Provides $500 to assist new first-year Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students with the cost of a compulsory practicum uniform for the following programs:

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Midwifery
  • Bachelor of Paramedicine
  • Bachelor of Arts/Design Innovation and Technologies

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the First Peoples Building Excellence Awards, students must have:
โœ”๏ธ A Confirmation of Aboriginality and/or Torres Strait Islander descent on record or
โœ”๏ธ A statutory declaration and a community support letter.
