We are so sorry for the delay in posting the winner of our Write Your Story competition.
We would like to be transparent that there was no voting due to there only being one entry, but that does not take away from the absolutely beautiful poem we have been privileged to receive.
Our winner wishes to remain anonymous and has asked for the gift card prize to be used for another competition.

Free is not free
If I must choose a side
Me is not me
If I am forced to hide
Choice is not choice
If I am made to choose
Voice is not voice
If when I speak, I lose
Support is not real
If you still roll your eyes
No one can heal
If you ignore their cries
On the day when you see
More than just pink or blue
Then I can be me
And you can be you
