Fundraiser Raffle for Mamma\'s Laef Vanuatu

Fundraiser Raffle!

We have created a fundraiser to help ACU STISE nursing and midwifery students raise money for the Vanuatu enterprise Mamma's Laef!

Mamma’s Laef Vanuatu are based in a small village, on a small island in the archipelago of Vanuatu in the South Pacific ocean. They sew reusable menstrual pads, distribute those pads to women and girls across the islands.  To maximise the impact of these pads, they also provide menstrual health awareness to recipients.

A group of ACU nursing and midwifery students will be travelling to Vanuatu for their Short-term International Study Experience (STISE). This nursing and midwifery professional practice and community engagement placement offers a unique experience in the Port Vila Central Hospital and Emua Village community. The students will work directly with patients, clients and local health workers to provide clinical care to patients and collaborate with family members.

This raffle will be avalible until 5pm on the 29th of May and drawn on the 30th of May at 10 am. Winners will be notified via email or via phone if a number is provided.
