Join the ACU Student Paramedic Society for an exclusive tour of the ACT Ambulance Service Communications Centre. This unique opportunity will give paramedicine students an inside look at the critical role emergency call takers and dispatchers play in coordinating ambulance responses and supporting frontline crews.

During the tour, students will learn how Triple Zero (000) calls are received and prioritised, how resources are allocated to emergency incidents, and how communication specialists work alongside paramedics to ensure timely and effective patient care. The visit will also provide insight into the technology, decision-making processes, and teamwork required to manage emergency responses across the ACT.

Whether you're interested in pre-hospital care, emergency communications, or gaining a broader understanding of the ambulance service, this is a valuable opportunity to see the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the system running.
