Rome Professional Development workshop

A professional development workshop for Health & Care leaders building on activities and celebrations for Vatican’s 2025 Year of Jubilee with the theme of “Hope Does Not Disappoint.”, and specifically with the Jubilee for the Heath Care Worker.

Please register your interest for this event to secure your place at the event. You will be asked to provide a deposit of $1,000 at time of registration. Registrations for this event will close on Friday 15 November 2024. Once the event is confirmed, you will be asked to pay the balance of the workshop. NaCWA membership discounts are available.

Anticipated costs are detailed below:
Program A: $4750 for professional delegates (includes ACU campus accommodation* and board, scheduled sessions/activities).
Program B: $2500 for cultural/social program only, shared room* and board (subject to availability, delegate must be travelling with Program A delegate).

The maximum number of participants will be ~15. Early Bird Special… the first eight (8) people* who pay the deposit can secure accommodation on-site at ACU Rome campus (included in workshop price) – others will need to find alternative accommodation off-site (at an additional cost). Flights, transfers, travel insurance and additional activities and personal expenses are additional costs.

You will be notified by 18 November 2024 to confirm or cancel the event. Airfares and other travel arrangements should not be made until you have received confirmation of the program. In the event the workshop does not proceed, deposits will be refunded. Once the workshop is confirmed, deposits will become non-refundable (but can be transferred to another participant, e.g., within your organisation).
