We kick things off at 7:30 AM in the Paddy’s Student Lounge with some light stretching and good vibes, then hit the streets of Melbourne for a relaxed jog or walk at 7:45 AM. Whether you're chasing fitness goals or just keen for a chat and a stroll, it's the perfect way to start your day and connect with fellow students. Once we’re done, we’ll treat you to a free coffee (because you’ve earned it!) and have you back on campus by 9:00 AM – fresh, energised, and ready to roll.
