- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances, or the attendee cannot attend due to major illness, COVID, or family death, and has documentation to support.
- Tickets may be transferred to another ACU student. However, the new attendee’s details must be provided to the organising committee by latest 4 March, 2026.
