Following on from 2025’s inaugural Ashleigh Campbell Shield, ACU FC hosted the second edition at Barker Road on Sunday 29 March 2026.
Named after the club’s founder and first-ever president, Ashleigh Campbell, the tournament was devised as a way to bring the region’s four religious clubs together. Senior teams from Saint Barnabas FC, Inner West Counsel and Christ Church Inner West United all joined ACU FC a Barker Road for the tournament.
The Ashleigh Campbell Shield was awarded to the club with the most points, with ACU FC finishing 12 points ahead of runners-up Saint Barnabas.
The ACU Shield was awarded to the club with the most “points per game” with Inner West Counsel (3 points per game) ahead of ACU FC (1.7 points per game). It was Inner West Counsel’s first trophy in this tournament’s short history.
