About Us
It is the mission of the Brisbane Veterans Society to provide an outlet for student veterans to network and share experiences with one another. The Brisbane Veterans Society will welcome any student veteran or other non-serving party who would like to support student veterans throughout their university studies. By creating a community of individuals with similar experiences we hope to create a support network that serves as an addition to other services provided through the university. The Brisbane Veterans Society aims to address the challenges associated with transition from the military into university study, and to promote an outlet for student veterans to become actively engaged in the university experience.
