With semester right around the corner, we wanted to reach out, say hello and let you know we’re back on Campus and planning for a full year of face to face activities. University is so much more than textbooks and lectures, it’s also a chance for you try new things, join clubs, play sports, gain leadership skills and make lifelong friends. There are countless opportunities to immerse yourself into our vibrant student life at ACU and we want to make it really easy for you to find out how to get involved. That’s why we’re switching up news from ACU. This year you will receive a fortnightly “What’s on” newsletter that contains a comprehensive list of co-curricular offerings on or around Ballarat Campus. So, get your diaries out and let the fun begin.
You're all invited to join Student Life and Aquinas Student Association at the George Hotel Ballarat for a night of fun food and a few drinks.
Just wear a white shirt on which you tell a little white lie: "I'll pay you back", "I always do the washing up", "I'm never late"...you know the drill... something harmless and maybe a bit cheeky.
$10pp gets you entry and two free drinks, finger food and lots of fun.
We are ready for a BIG 2022 and want you to experience more.
Come along to the online ACU Sport info session to hear about all that's happening on your campus this year.
We know moving away from home to live closer to uni can be challenging, but our scholarships are here to help. Browse our range of scholarships – you could be eligible for one or more to fund your accommodation.

Fun, friends and free food
This is exactly what we are all about in 2022. The Student Life team and Ballarat's Aquinas Student Association (ASA) can't wait to welcome you back to campus with plenty of on and off campus activities, free food and endless giveaways planned. Supplement your regular training, get started with the help of our expert trainers or just give yourself a break between classes with ACU Active or Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre partnership offer.
Hannah, the Campus Pastoral Associate, and the rest of the team at Campus Ministry love building a welcoming community on campus for everyone. It is the place to belong, become, believe and be supported. From deep conversations, fun relaxing times with friends, or pastoral care we are here for you as we care about everyone in a holistic manner.
