Can you believe that we’re already halfway through the semester? We hope you’ve had a great time thus far and there’s still plenty of activity to be had. As we approach Easter, a time of rebirth and celebration, we urge you to spend some time reflecting on your successes this semester and getting yourselves in the best possible state to face the challenges ahead – assessments and exams. Your success matters to us. Please don’t think you’re on your own – the good people in Academic Skills and Student Support Services are with you all the way.
PS… keep your eyes peeled for Easter Eggs, ’tis the season, after all.
Friday 31 March is Census Day. That’s the last day that you can change your enrolment without a financial penalty. Check out the Census Date FEEDback sessions this week for more information (and some free food!)
Tuesday mornings are for treating yourself - well, at least at Blacktown Campus, they are! From tea to biscuits, to a light brekkie from time to time, Campus Ministry is offering a space to chat and snack before you start your Tuesdays.
Join us all week (from Monday 3 April) for a campus-wide easter egg hunt! Keep an eye out for the QR codes around campus and get scanning for your Easter treats. First three students to find them all (or three students to find the most by the end of the week) will win an Easter goodies basket containing lollies, a giftcard, chocolate, merch and more!
RSVP for more information.
Are you someone looking to make the first step into running frequently or moving more often? Or are you an experienced campaigner who is keen to keep fit in preparation for a big event later in the year? Follow a Running Program that suits you.
Choose between beginner and advanced programs. An expert coach will guide you through the weekly challenges and have you surprising yourself in no time.
The programs are free for all students and staff who register for the program.
Plenty of prizes to be won throughout the program.
There is a new Campus Pastoral Associate at our Blacktown Campus and her name is Rachel. She is so excited to start meeting people, running small groups, exploring for truth, diving into mini retreats here and there and most of all, just pastorally walking with each and every student, regardless of where you might be on your journey of life. You can find her at Blacktown Campus, ground level every Tuesday. Come and say hi, stay for a chat or shoot her an email rachel.vala@acu.edu.au.
