Can you believe that we’re already halfway through the semester? We hope you’ve had a great time thus far and there’s still plenty of activity to be had. As we approach Easter, a time of rebirth and celebration, we urge you to spend some time reflecting on your successes this semester and getting yourselves in the best possible state to face the challenges ahead – assessments and exams. Your success matters to us. Please don’t think you’re on your own – the good people in Academic Skills and Student Support Services are with you all the way.
PS… keep your eyes peeled for Easter Eggs, ’tis the season, after all.
Friday 31 March is Census Day. That’s the last day that you can change your enrolment without a financial penalty. Check out the Census Date FEEDback sessions this week for more information (and a free sausage!)
Come and connect in discussion of faith and life at our two connect groups this Semester.

Enjoy a free BBQ lunch and chat with staff from Careers & Employability and also Academic Skills. Learn about the ACU services which can support your learning journey and workplace readiness.
Are you someone looking to make the first step into running frequently or moving more often? Or are you an experienced campaigner who is keen to keep fit in preparation for a big event later in the year? Follow a Running Program that suits you.
Choose between beginner and advanced programs. An expert coach will guide you through the weekly challenges and have you surprising yourself in no time.
The programs are free for all students and staff who register for the program.
Connect Groups have kicked off with such an exciting start this semester. Maybe you're still looking to find a way to get involved and connected with other students? Or perhaps you are looking to to be encouraged with the bigger questions of faith and life. If that's you, the Campus Ministry team would love to say hi. Join a connect group or pop into our lounge and grab a coffee on us.
Cooking up a storm
It's been a busy start to semester 1 and the Student Life team, along with the Clubs and Societies, as well as our amazing volunteers have been doing many food events. Thanks to all the Banyo students who have dropped by, enjoyed some food and had a chat on your way to and from class. This sort of student connection makes our campus unique. There are some cool chocolate-inspired events coming as we head towards Easter. Have fun and see you on campus.
