Dear First_Name
That’s a wrap… well, almost. With the semester winding down, we want to take a moment to wish everyone the best of luck during exams. We hope you’ve enjoyed reading the What’s on newsletters every fortnight. That’s it for the semester, but we’ll be back next year.
Before you go, we want to know what you loved and hated… Complete the What’s on survey to help shape the newsletters for next year and go into the draw to win a $50 gift card and some awesome ACU Sport merch. Cheers.
In the lead-up to exams, take a break and participate in ACU Active's online yoga and pilates classes. If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, boost your concentration and improve mental focus, join live at 12pm Tuesday for pilates or 1pm Thursday for yoga. These sessions are held online so you can reap the rewards wherever you may be.
Ride the wave
On Monday 24 October, join us for a time of reflection and worship, our usual 12pm Mass and a lunch in the Campus Ministry Lounge (Building 200.1.16) to catch up before the wave of study hits the end of semester.
Throughout Study Week and Exam Block, drop into Building 200.1.16 (opposite AskACU) and help yourself to our oasis of hot drinks, study treats and encouragement. Know that, as always, we are here for you during this stressful time of semester. Find out more here.
Volunteers are back
A huge thanks to all the volunteers who have answered the call for help on our Mental Health month events. Your hard work and community spirit are greatly appreciated. There will be a bigger need for volunteers in 2023 as we have more events and programs planned to reivigorate our campus culture. There has been so much positive feedback from students about our semester 2 events and recently lots of engagement with feedback opportunities for mental health and equity. Good luck for upcoming exams and we will see you on campus in 2023.
