The Track’s Running Program makes a return for 2023.

Are you someone looking to make the first step into running frequently or moving more often? Or are you an experienced campaigner who is keen to keep fit in preparation for a big event later in the year? Follow a Running Program that suits you.
Choose between a beginner and advanced program. An expert coach will guide you through the weekly challenges and have you surprising yourself in no time.
The programs are FREE for all students and staff who register for the program. Plenty of prizes to be won throughout the program.
The Track's end of running program group run will take place following the completion of the running program as a celebration of everyone's efforts throughout the program with a lunch afterwards.

ACU Active is offering a FREE WEEK TRIAL and fitness assessment to all participants of the Track's running program.
