As part of our committee registration with ACU, it is a requirement for all student societies to run an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year to keep the society running. Paraquinas held our most recent AGM in August of 2025.
Each time we run an AGM, we elect new students to take over the existing committee roles. In our most recent AGM, we agreed upon the decision to expand our executive positions, adding four brand-new roles. Prior to this, our society comprised of only four executive roles and general committee members.
These new executive positions benefit our society by delegating the workload across more people, keeping our executives focused on fewer tasks and making their roles and responsibilities more precise.
Our 2025-2026 executive committee consists of four primary executives and four secondary executives;

This position was created to dedicate an individual to managing our merchandise through completing stocktake, reorganising storage, purchasing and dispensing stock, making it quicker and easier to pick up your purchased items

This position was created to have a dedicated role in managing our various social media pages, posting photos, and sharing event posters to keep you in the loop about our upcoming activities
